I did a complete brake job few months ago including pads, rotors, brake fluid. The car feels and performs pretty good. I have added a little more than 1000 miles since. One thing I noted is that there's no signs of wear on rear rotors compared to front ones. I mean nothing. They still have cross hatch pattern from manufacturing. I've read that front brakes are used a lot more but nothing at all? I didn't do any hard braking yet. Is this normal?

How about putting jack stands under the car and test the rear wheels to see if it stops.

It "can" be normal....but did you lube the slider pins and make sure the brakes actually brake?
As stated by 2006accord4, jack up the rear and hand spin the tires, then apply the brakes. Thar be your answer!

I had 8000 miles on my front rotors and still had the swept lines that come from the factory. I wouldn't worry too much about it

IT's quicker just go for a drive and pull the parking brake up a notch. If it's slowing ya' down then they're working.
I thought I replied to this thread, but maybe closed the tab before hitting submit, but I'm in the same boat as OP. Fresh rotors, hundreds of miles since install, and barely any wear. They worked fine stopping me from 25 mph and yes I lubed the slide pins and whatnot.

I dunno....the parking brake is mechanical and a separate system, there may be something hydraulic with OP's "problem".

I had front brakes wear faster. I've replaced front pads once before this change. Yes, I lubbed pins and aligned pistons. Parking brake does work : pulling parking brake and putting it Drive.

You are correct: the majority of the braking power comes from the front brakes--about 70-80%. That's why the front brakes pads are much larger than the rear, I suppose. If you want to see how the back brakes are working, take a thick black, water-based marker and scribble all over the rear rotors. Check it after running some errands to see if some of the markings have been erased. If you see no eraser marks, re-grease the caliper slides and assure the pads are correctly seated.
