The head unit in the Accord is an Android device, just like many phones and tablets. They really should be rebooted every once in a while. There is supposedly a way to do this using the push-button shifter, but I've never noticed it to work on the Hybrid. This is a bit more complicated, but it does work. I won't claime to have found it (see Finally figured out how to reboot the head unit!), but there are some details I found confusing in that. So I shamelessly copied it, and rewrote some. You may even find some other interesting stuff along the way, this skips a lot of possible choices.
1. Power the vehicle to “ON,” which is one step past “Accessory.” You do this from "OFF" by pressing the START button twice, without pressing the brake pedal.
2. Open the “Diagnosis Menu” by pressing the HOME, POWER, and SOURCE buttons simultaneously for about two seconds.
3. Access “Inline Diag Setting” by pressing HOME for about four seconds.
4. Press “Completion,” and then start the tests by selecting "Incomplete.” The Head Unit will ask you to confirm this choice. Do so.
6. But there is one it won’t run automatically: the “Audio Remote” test. To run it, press either the Volume UP, or Volume Down, button on the steering wheel. Then the Microphone button.
Note here: If any of these tests fail I’m told you can hold HOME/SOURCE/POWER and gain access back to the main Diagnosis menu. Holding HOME here will allow you to toggle back to "Completion".

- This is a simple on/off toggle menu meant for QA at the factory. The current selected setting will be "Completion," which should be shown in green letters.
4. Press “Completion,” and then start the tests by selecting "Incomplete.” The Head Unit will ask you to confirm this choice. Do so.
- This is what reboots the Head Unit. It will flash a couple of screens, ending with the usual DISCLAIMER screen. The “OK” button will be grayed-out until reboot is complete. When you can, press “OK”.

- The factory documentation says you will need to clearly say 'Testing' after hitting the Microphone button. That does not appear to be true, but you can.
- The “Exit Diag” button should now illuminate. Press it.
