Hi - I had my carpets shampooed a couple of weeks ago and the padding under the carpet is still wet. It is only in the front, so I would like to remove the carpet and take out the padding and let it dry out. What is the best way to take up the front carpet to get to the padding? Thanks.

Each carpet is a separate piece, you could essentially take out only the wet one... That padding will NEVER dry on its own.. It could literally stay wet for months. You need to take the carpet section out and put it on the sun or blow dry it, no need to tear anything off.
