I have a 2008 Honda Accord 4 cylinder with 104k miles and recently had it taken to my mechanic because it stalled out on me on the road. My mechanic cleaned my throttle body and replaced the battery terminal because it was cracked. Since then, about two weeks, my RPMs have been running very high, about 1200 while idling and keeps constant speed when I drive 15-20 MPH. I then cleaned the TB again, along with all the electrical connectors thinking that was the problem, but it was not.

Just yesterday my check engine light came on the dash, and when I hooked up my code reader it read:

Idle Air Control
Systems RPM Higher Than Expected

Any ideas on how I can get my RPMs back to its normal running speed? And is there a way I can clean my IAC or anything else that might be related?
