Has anyone done this yet? Also, does anyone know if these two service bulletins apply to all accord or specific VIN numbers? Can't find out this info.

Just called Honda and the person said it is VIN number specific. My car doesn't fall into it and so I guess I don't have to go to the dealer. Call Honda if you are interested in the TSB.

You should call Honda customer service. I wasn't able to find any info about the VIN range so I called them.
