just placed an order for a CT-E Short Shifter and a Skunk 2 Knob @ the local vendor, throwdownperformance! hopefully all goes well and i will keep you updated on the install.

Get the other parts installed, drive the car for a couple of weeks, then you make the call. But if it were me, I'd get it as I don't like any feeling of play in the shifter.

yeah, i caved in and just ordered the aluminum bushings.. everyone says it makes a huge difference, so i ordered them for $35 shipped and i will be getting the GM synchromesh or w/e whenever i receive my parts so i can get the FULL shifting effect... im pumped!! thanks throwdown!!! hopefully my parts get shipped soon... still pending aghhh
