Was thinking of purchasing another CAI. I have an AEM cold air intake, but when I bought it at the time, I didn't know I needed one that was MAF equipped, and the AEM wasn't for Accords with MAFs.

So I ended up customizing it because I didn't want to waste my money. I cut it right down the middle, and bought one of those Spectre MAF adapters at Autozone. I bought two 3 to 2.5" couplers to hold them together.

So far it's been working perfectly. Hasn't gave me any major problems beside checking if the clamps are loose or anything. But I was thinking of just buying the Fujita F5 since it's equipped for MAF. Is it a big difference? Is it louder than AEM? Should I go for it and replace it or should I just leave it alone?

IDK about the difference between a modded AEM intake and the Fujita, but going from a rigged up Spectre intake to my F5 was a good move.

Buy a new intake and give me your chopped up AEM for parts, haha. I've been wanting to make a DIY CAI extension for my K&N SRI.

Seriously though, I wouldn't worry about it.
