does the 8thgen sedan have an option for turning signals on the side mirrors? if not what honda/acura has them that will fit?

Not in the US. Based on the shape of the base, I think you can graft the outer part of the 2nd gen TSX mirror or the 9th gen mirror onto the mounting base of the 8th gen mirror.

It's all trial and error.

I'd try Honda Inspire mirrors.

found inspire ones and the seller said the same no plug and play id have to wire them into the harness. i think its worth it though lol
