I need help in diagonsing my car issues. It smells of exhaust/gas fumes while it is at a stop sign. I had gotten all the fluids of the car flushed and changed the serpentine belt around the timing chain right before this problem started.

You probably have a hole in your exhaust somewhere before the 3rd cat. Do you have the stock exhaust on the car?
