Okay, here is the rundown. I think I have air in one of the brake lines. The question is which line is the most likely?
Master cylinder Good. Calipers not leaking, all are working. Vacuum asst. Good. Vacuum valve Good. Bench bleed on the master, all four wheels bled twice. New brake fluid.

You might have air by the ABS pump. Drive out to a back country road and brake VERY HARD until you trigger ABS. This will push all air bubbles to the rear top of the caliper, then try bleeding again.
