Hi,

3-4 weeks back, I changed both rear and front brake pads on 07 accord sedan.
But brakes feel bit spongy since then. Its not that I have to floor it.

I didn't bleed the brakes with fear of letting air in. Should I bleed it and change brake fluid or it will get better with usage.

I didn't resurface the rotors too since they were fine.

They are soft compared, with when on old worn out pads it was a short brake, meaning most of the times if you press it bit harder seemed like you are jamming on brakes.

Fluid level is good though it it bit dirty.

Please suggest.

The pads my need to seated. You can use this to put a cross hatch finish on the rotors to help this process along. They are availible at any parts store.
