My 2004 Honda accord's ( 4 cylinder, 180k miles) steering wheel shakes and a rattling noise is made and comes from engine only when car is in drive and I am at a complete stop. This problem specially happens when I am at a stop light waiting for a green light. When I am at a complete stop I put the car in park and the noise immediately stops! Is this an idling problem? Ive been trying to find a solution to this problem for a while now, but I am all out of ideas. Any ideas of solutions would greatly be appreciated.

Sounds like bad motor mounts.

Agreed with the above comment.
If you can get a buddy to change gears for you, and you can stand beside the car you can verify if the mount is dead.
