With you for sure... im a coilover fan myself. Custom spring rates on some ground controls is what I have had on a couple other setups.

Springs are cheap and easy though. I dont mind spending a few hundred to get something going from a good company. Everyone has a different opinon but im a much bigger fan of H&R than Eibach or Tien for straight springs.

For me this is my new family car so looking for a 1.5 or less drop.

Anyone know if we need these have adjustable camber or do we need the typical kits for certain drops?

If they come with struts too that is a reasonable price. About the same you would pay for any other spring/shock combo. If its just for the springs... wow. If you can just by the springs for alot less that's a good option. In my opinion, your stock shocks will be fine with this very mild drop.

With that said, for 800 there are much better options out there.

Does anyone know the stock spring rates for the 13' accord? Guessing around 5kg?

What about the others like D2, Ksport, BC, Megan and Tien. not talking about the custom rates you can get but the off the shelf setup.

So... same parts, different specs or the same all the way around?

Specs can make a huge difference in quality, durability and ride handeling. Being assembled in the same building doesn't mean much unless they are truely just changing colors and labels

For those on the D2's, how are you adjusting your ride height. Are you using the lower mount or the spring perch? I have always used the spring perch but the instructions say use the lower mount if equipped. My guess is get reasonability close with the lower mount and tune in with the spring perch.

I might have time to get these installed today :)

ok.. I rolled my fenders today and installed my k-sports. I will snap more pics once I finalize the ride height and get my camber dialed in tomorrow. I think I need to raise it up a half inch at least, no way im not destroying my front fenders if I hit a bump in a corner. There is maybe 1-2mm of space right now even in a mild turn.

Local, thanks for the tip on the adjustment. This is no preload adjustment with the perch and the lower collar all the way down.

thanks...

how do you not mess your front fenders up with as low as you are? Mine turns fine with no rubbing but if I hit a speed bump while turning or something I would say im done. You look about the same height as me or maybe lower?
