My 05 Accord now has 215,000 miles on it. Other than brakes and rotors, I have never had to do any work to the suspension. This is a GREAT car. I plan to continue to take care of it and use as my daily driver. Im still getting 30+ mpg driving 60+ miles a day to and from work.

I have noticed that the ride quality has fallen off over the past 30k miles. I already had plans to replace the font struts (both spring and shock).

Can anyone make recommendations as to what all I should replace, other than struts, that could freshen up the ride quality?

Rebuild the upper and lower arms with all new bushings?

Steering components?

Anything else?

If your going to replace the struts you should do front & rear. Replace control arm bushing while it's apart.

Tokico blues, Koni STR.T, are good OEM replacement. Koni yellow, Tokico D-spec are adjustable.
