Actually, it will rotate faster. Since a tire with lower pressure has a smaller effective circumference, it will need to rotate faster to cover the same distance as the tires with more pressure.
The TPMS system is the reason I joined this group. I knew about the sensor less TPMS, but I wanted more info on how swapping wheels affected the TPMS. So I Googled "2013 Accord TPMS", and I found numerous threads here covering the system.
