Anyone have water leakage around the the trunk?

I got my full size spare out this morning (jumper cables were under it) and there was a nice puddle of water in the bottom. I felt around the lid and found a wet spot on the upper left side of the trunk liner. There seem to be no problems, tears, or holes with the main seal so i have no clue how to fix it... Anyone have any ideas?

Oh and there were only a few leaves (not enough to back up water flow).

Could be any number of things, tailights, seals, etc. You should dry out and try to narrow it down.

Get some red food coloring, add to a gallon or two of water pour on sunroof, rear glass, trunk area, see if you can see red colored water coming in. repeat if nessessary

Be careful using food coloring as it has been known to stain. Try explaining to the officer that pulled you over what that red stain in the trunk is from.:D

I would dry everything out and then wash it. You should be able to determine the source.
