TSB out of warranty?

Hi guys...first post...been a long time lurker on the forums.

I have an 08 accord sedan and saw the TSB on the forums for the VTC actuator and had it replaced under warranty about 6-8 months ago.

I am now out of warranty and have noticed that I am getting that same grinding/scraping sound again on startup. Will I have to pay to have the VTC actuator replaced if that is indeed the issue even though the issue was supposed to be corrected when it was fixed/replaced the first time?
