So a friend had some tweeters laying around and I figured I'd install them, while looking for any info on replacing them I didn't find much so here is my best shot. Also with the new tweeters I decided to buy some rear deck upgrades (2-way) those should be here by Thursday.
New tweeters!

To remove the grill just stick a small flathead in there and pry, there are two small clips they come out very easy.

Disconnect the current tweeter and it should look like this.

I pried the old tweeter out and did quite of bit of cutting to get them to fit and then hot glued them in place.

I then wrapped them in electrical tape.

All done! Now just connect the wires and pop the grilles back in!

I am really pleased with the results, I thought about drilling a hole in the grille and surface mounting them but I like the stealth factor of mounting below. I am also really surprised at the sound difference it is crisper now. :thumbsup:
