I am think about drilling some holes and putting the tweeter next to the component at the back of 08 honda Accord sedan and I am wondering if it is possible? is it ok to put tweeter close to the speaker?

Listen to him. You are going to ruin your staging and imaging if you install components in the rear. Use the money to get a better component set and/or amp for the front. If you insist on replacing the rear speakers don't spend a lot and just run them off the head unit. FWIW I only run my rear speakers when I'm watching movies (used as surround), when listening to music they are turned off in the head unit.
