I recently got a V6 and I went to pull the plugs and noticed something very weird
The plus from top 6, 5 ,4 and cylinder 4 is covered in something. No misfires or any indication that something is wrong with this engine. I did have a cel for P0138 but strangely after running seafoam though the intake the O2 sensor is working for the last couple hundred miles. The other 5 plugs are very clean and I would say have around 30,000 miles on them. I have sense replaced all plugs and just been trying to make sure there isn’t any other additives in the tank. Any idea or direction to go next?

White ash is a sign of the spark plug getting to hot. This can be caused by the spark plug being to loose or a lean condition. The plug should be replaced an tightened properly. Monitor fuel trim.

Ok I’ll have to get a scan tool. I find it odd to have a secondary O2 on Bank 1 to be stuck at 1.275 volts but causes a Bank 2 to go lean on one cylinder. Either way getting new O2 sensor and scan tool
