I got my black 6MT sport last December. I settled for the black because white wasn't an option:thumbsdow..while the black looks great when it's clean..I'm regretting it more and more..the msm really grew on me,but of course I'm stuck already lol..besides the obvious reason of trying too keep black clean..what was the deciding factor in choosing ur 6MT sport color..I'm going nuts trying too keep my car clean..I hate the constant cleaning

I think the Accord looks best in black and I almost purchased one but I have a black Toyota Tundra that the paint is very soft and has a ton of light scratches on it and it just about drives me crazy keeping up with it. Saying that my last accord was a 03 in black 5mt and decided to try the MSM . Overall I prefer the black on some days but on sunny days I do like the sparkle of the metallic paint My 03 was nighthawk black pearl which had a blue flake in it. I did not notice any in the new 9th gen paint .
I chose the sport in white becuz the blk interior with white really pops. A leather upgrade might be in the future if I decide to keep the car for next 3-4 years.
time to trade The Accord EX sedan with 6MT is available in Alabaster metallic color (basically silver metallic). This is relatively rare configuration. You'd probably need to special order it. I think white looks nicer than silver when clean, but silver and light bronze/sand metallic colors actually look nice with little maintenance. Most silver or light bronze metallic cars when dirty will actually look dirty only once you're less than 6ft away.

I will never buy a black or white car again; they look great but are hard to keep looking great.
I got the MSM because it was my second option; I would have love a red one, but I needed a sedan

MSM is fine. ASM would have been fine, but I've seen a few ASMs around town and I actually think the MSM looks better, though, not as dirt-friendly.

what are you talking about the OP has posted "What color 6MT sport did u get..black or MSM and why" as this is what is available in the USA He did not ask what Canadian or Korean or South American or East European colors are available he specifically asked for black or MSM. I am sorry if you felt compelled to reply as your car does not fit his question and wanted to play with the others and decided to add information that has nothing to do with his question. But anyway what does The United States of America have to do with this .
