On accords, the brakes have a shim that is placed between the bracket for the calliper and what it is drilled into. I want to know what is the part number for the shim so i can buy some more?

i already checked out there trying to find the part number but cant find out where it is. I'll see if i can take a better picture for you guys

i dont really remember there being a shim or anything between the caliper bracket and the knuckle, but i've only dont the brakes on this car once, so don't quote me...

I just got done doing my brakes (DIY post coming soon), and if there was a shim on there then I didn't see it. Service manual doesn't make any mention of one either.

Here's a pic I took for the DIY post, and you can tell there's nothing there because there's no spacer above the threads:

Here is the diagram from honda's part list for the brake caliper and it doesnt show anything either.

it's used to help reduce corrosion between the parts but it doesn't help much and can go right in the trash if you choose.
