I got the wheels installed yesterday and I really like them. They feel like a subtle increase in style but not too much for me. As for the sound resonance devices in the wheels, they are not able to be transferred over and I can actually tell a slight difference in noise with the new rims without them. Not a big deal and worth the trade off. Here are a couple pics which are just quick snaps and nothing exciting.

Are the new wheels also 17”? How much of a difference do you feel there is without the resonators? Which stock tires came on yours and did you keep the same tires on the new wheels?

I’m strongly considering buying new 17” wheels to replace the stock wheels, but my biggest concern is that the lack of resonators will make a big difference in sound entering the cabin.

The stock tires are Michelin Energy.

Cool. The Michelin Energy Saver A/S is what came on mine as well. Guess that is the standard for the 17” hybrids?
