You're using the winter formula fluid, right? The stuff that doesn't freeze?

Start dismantling the little hoses from the nozzles back... There are probably several joints.

FWIW, it took longer (years) but my other Japanese cars had little check valves in the washer fluid lines to prevent the fluid all flowing back towards the pump. Those failed (clogged), and removing them fixed the problem.
 
Ugh... My washer fluid pump seem to have failed.

Can anybody give me a hint which fuse to look at?

Nevermind... It's #10, under the hood.

Follow up: Blown fuse.

Backstory: We're road-tripping, and it was frigid a couple nights ago in Truckee, and the pump didn't work because the fluid was frozen, presumably, and that seems to have blown the fuse.
