Had the Front/Rear Lower Chrome Bars + Trunk Decklid Spoiler Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrapped. Really like how it came out and how I can remove the wrap later if I ever get sick of the CF look.

Used the helpful tips provided in the Rear Deck Lid Spoiler thread for mounting the cheaper spoiler (Part# 71700-T2F-A01ZD)

Nice hot 90 degree day in L.A., so it was a good opportunity to mount the spoiler after spending last week prepping the 3M #03614 Auto tape. I doubled up on the tape on some of the center portions that didn't seem to touch the surface with only 1 layer. Worked out well for now!

Are you able to remove the wrap without removing the spoiler? Not a fan of the floating carbon piece on white but that's just me. Good job wrapping though.

If you like it, that's all that matters. Front looks good. But, the carbon fiber decklid spoiler on a white trunk looks way out of place.

I love it. I have been wanting to wrap the chrome pieces on my car with cf and think it looks great. Like the others have said not sure if I would wrap the deck lid spoiler but it does look unique.

I think the same, the chrome parts wrapped Carbon Fiber and the spoiler painted white color as the car will make it look better.

However, the way the car has been customized looks much better than its original look.

Thanks for the comments. The way the deck lid spoiler design is, I think it looks great either way. That's the beauty of vinyl wrap being able to come off in the future. The way it is wrapped, it is barely tucked around the back to make it easier to remove in the future.

My inspiration was the Mugen Hybrid Accord spoiler. Love the concept but hated that design.

Not going to wrap anything more. My intent isn't to cover up all the chrome. If I did, I'd do the door handles and window trim. My intent was to reduce chrome and have a consistency in the chrome that is left being around the vertical center of the car. So front U grill, door handles, window trim, and trunk bar all will remain chrome.

Not sure. I had a shop do it, so I'm not too sure.

I like it, the only thing that makes it look wrong is the chrome trunk piece. Destroys the whole setup.

But don't cf that piece, then its too much. Have that chrome piece paint matched and then it will look good.

I agree with that actually. I'd probably color match the door handles too.
