Anyone think they may bring back a coupe?

Toyota, Mazda, and Nissan have been pushing out coupes over the last few years. There's still a market even though it might be a small one.

My thinking may be this next gen maybe able to develop a coupe, maybe the 10th gen couldn't. I'm hoping they'll bring back the Prelude and that will be the fun coupe for Honda since they don't have the Civic coupe. They can also cross platform that with the Integra coupe.

I am probably in the minority but I dont find the new integra so bad. People are forgetting the old integra existed as a four door sedan as well in the LS trim. It essentially was a glorified slightly nicer Honda Civic the entire time. And that’s exactly what this new gen integra is too. Its basically Civic Si internals in a good looking sedan with a decent interior is not a bad package imo. And im sure they’ll release a beefier type s version with the 2.0t too.
For me, it’s the bright yellow and Integra decals along the side. Not my style. And probably not the style of people my age that lusted after the Integra in their teenage years.

I’m sure there’s a market. A lot like the last Gen Civic, especially the Type R.

are those decals going to be on the released version of the integra? I kinda assumed it was a graphic they installed for the pre release model just to make it stand out in the reveal. We’ll see I guess. Also, the one disappointment I will say is them going with a CVT on the integra. Should’ve given it a DCT to stand out from the Civic 1.5T drivetrain. I’m holding out hope for a 2.0T integra though, that’ll be interesting.
I’m guessing the graphics will be part of a sport package or option. I’m sure there will be regular colors and no graphics.

I didn’t catch it had a CVT. I know they get a bad rap but I liked it in my mom’s CR-V. Of course, that’s not a sporty car.

Do we have any realistic idea of when they’ll be revealing the actual accord redesign?
For comparison... the 2018 Accord was announced June 19, 2017 that it will be announced July 14.

8th gen was announced September 10. 7th gen announced July 29.

Based on all that, hopefully very soon.
