Today I noticed my passeger DRL isn't fully lit up. The vertical LED bar is lit but the main horizontal LED bar below the headlamp is not lit. I know there is a warranty extension and hopefully dealer will replace without hassle but will they replace both or only the one? Seems like it's a matter of time before the driver side fails. Then does anyone know if the replacement is prone to this issue or has it been resolved?

I too have a 2017 sport and it was my understanding there is a TSB for this exact issue. And I believe that Honda extended the warranty or something to that extent. I would look into that and talk to your dealer

The extended warranty for these is for 10 years/unlimited mileage. Take it to the dealer and they will order a new one and once it come in install it all under warranty. They can only replace the one thats currently out. I had one replaced last summer, then a month later the other one went out. Took a total 4 trips to dealer (each time had to take it there so they can verify its out, then few days later install) but I have both replaced now. Nobody seems to know if the new ones are the same design and prone to going out again.

My son was told to bring the car in to the dealer after the appointment was made. Then at the end of the day they told him they don't have the part. Do they replace the whole headlight assembly or just the circuit board? Can that be done without compromising the seals, if they have to bake/separate and re-glue?
