Hello to all my fellow Canucks. This is my attempt to gather all information that is uniquely Canadian into one super thread, where it is easy for us to search and share information among Canadians.

Even though we share a lot of things in common with our US friends, there are somethings that are relevant to us Canadians only. I invite you to discuss any of the topics (not a comprehensive list - but a good list to start with):

- Purchase Price, your model and from which dealership.
- Canadian accessories for your Accord. Where did you buy it from, price, specs etc.
- Winter Tire Recommendations, and questions.
- Extended warranty (Honda-Plus) discussion
- Canadian TSB's and Recalls.

If the information is relevant to the larger North American audience, when and where appropriate, please continue to contribute and share with the larger population. And if there's something that needs to be added to the first post, just let me know and I will add to it. Thanks...

Great idea! I just started my research on the 2013 Accord and found this forum super useful. Can't wait to start seeing some Canadian content.

I am on the marked for a EX-L or Touring CVT both I4.

My Coupe

Hi everyone,

I am from Edmonton and just picked up my Coupe EX-L V6 NAVI MT

All in about $36,400 OTD (includes a $1500 cash rebate).
Accessories: block heater, LWN, and Protection Package (mats, guards, trunk tray).

If you email the dealers and ask for quotes you will get a variety of quotes higher than this range but its a good place to start.

Once you decide on your trim level, use Unhaggle.com to get your invoice pricing. I chose to go with the EX-L as I couldn't justify paying $2500 more for navigation, darker chrome handles, front led lights, etc. Also, the EX-L in I4 provides a Honda Canada $1500 cash discount for March while the Touring provides a $1000 cash discount. Not sure if I'm going to regret this decision or not but for now, I'm glad I stayed with the EX-L. For navigation, I will use my iPhone 5 and the recently purchased iOttie Easy View and Google or Apple Maps.

Where can I order Weathertech mats in Canada? What are the other good car mats that are ideal for Canadian rain and snow? I need a set for my ride :)

Woot canadian pride

From Quebec (yeah I'm a french canadian:banana:)

Bought my EX Coupe (CVT) less than a month ago from Lombardi Honda (wouldn't recommend this dealer).

Price paid 28 400 + taxes (unfortunately no cash rebates in Qc)

No accessories at all. Color is black. Will eventually get some weathertechs (cheaper alternative would be Huskys). Now looking for summer mags/tires about to pull the trigger for 20" Giovanna Kilis and Falken453... Will eventually upgrade the exhaust system when AFE Takeda's gonna be released for the 4cyl coupe

For those not aware, canadian TSB for audio/radio should be out by the end of March.

Got my Touring Last week for $29850 + taxes at Toronto Honda. No cash rebate though.

Is this promo going on in Ontario?

That is good news about the TSB - wondering if we will get Siri Eyes free for free??!!

My purchase price for the Ex-L was just 100 bucks more than what you paid but it also included wheel locks and a block heater installed.

wow that is an awesome price but a larger city dealership is probably more motivated to deal than my small city dealer.

yes $1000 rebate for the Touring I4 in Ontario for March.

Forgot to mention I bought the wheel locks afterward for 55$ IIRC... from another Honda dealer. (Should have bought the generic 35$ ones since it's the same thing just not with the honda packaging...)

My mistake, I got the touring for 29850 and they gave me a $200 gas card.

Is this 1k rebate offered by Honda or the dealer? I went to Honda.ca but couldn't find this promo. Tried searching as well.

That price does not include the freight and pdI?? If it does, it's a very good deal.

the cash discount is a Honda Canada and it is on their website. Go under special offers and choose Ontario. I put the link in a posting above.

Yeah, I am definitely leaning towards the EX-L for the same reasons.

I did use unhaggle.com last week to get the invoice price for both models.

The cash discount for March makes it even better.

can someone explain this unhaggle to me? Does it just tell you what the dealer pays for the car?
