New Accord owner from Charlotte, NC.

I just purchased a used 2013 Sport, Black on Black. So far I love the car, I will probably just alter the lighting and just keep her clean.

Enjoy the new used car! Black on black will keep you busy with a lot of cleaning but cars like that look awesome when they actually are clean.

You sound like you might be with the 82nd Airborne in Fort Bragg? I'm former military so your screen name and location made me wonder.

... My name is humpy pronounced with an umptee.

Wait... what happened here?

The humpty dance is your chance, to do the hump.... Humpty hump!

Well, these are awesome responses. I caught all the references but, I'm not so much a man of wealth...though I think I have decent taste.

I was in Fort Bragg, but not 82nd. I served with 18FA. That unit is now detached from corps side and was apart of 3rd bct 82nd right after I got out.

I've already done some tiny things to my ride, trying to keep things simple for now.
35% tint, led strips from jdmtoyz are on the way, single filament front turn signals and removed the DRL fuse. My last ride was a modded g37 sedan and I chose to trade out for a nice gas friendly, spacious, and reliable car. Got a baby on the way...

Cool, thank you for your service. I served with a support battalion attached to the 101 Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, KY...Air Assault!

Anyway, sounds like you're having some fun with the new car. The G37 sounds nice but, yeh, that V6 doesn't get the greatest mileage. With a baby on the way, I think the Accord will be a more practical choice. Enjoy!

Why would you disable the daytime running lights?
Good question. I too am wondering. Especially on two lane roads at anytime or any road when the sun is setting behind you and up a ways someone wants to make a left turn in front of you...they can't see you as well as the sun is blinding them.

Unless you still feel the need to be undercover all the time? On the road you want to be seen is my feeling. Thus the reason for DRL's.
