Front bumper? Yes, you will also need the grille. If you have an I4 you can get the V6 bumper if you want fog light cutouts.

The reason I was asking was to change the grill for the 2008-2010 look. Where could I find that bumper for a good price btw ? Thanks for the info!
Any Honda dealer. You can check College Hills, H and A, Magauto, etc. You can also see if a local dealer will match the price of an online one, including shipping. You will have to get it painted.

You can find cheaper aftermarket bumpers online but I wouldn't put one on a new car as they never fit perfectly.

Because the mid-model change is just a slight refresh. The major body panels are the same and everything should mount up the same. I say should because I think I remember seeing people on here doing it but I haven't attempted it myself.

I'm doing it now, but numerous others have done it before and it does work.

I have an 09 and put the refresh bumper and grill and now nobody can tell unless you look at the back lol I did most of the work myself so its a little off because i bought the grill and bumper aftermarket.

Here are the pics of before and after:

2010 EX I4 Sedan with factory bumper and with 2011 V6 bumper.

2.4Coupe, did you put the 2011 grill on your V6 bumper? I just noticed our grills appear differ (top lip, black vs. silver, etc.). My grill came from another DAer whom said it came from a 2011. My bumper came from a wrecked 2011.

does anyone know if the 08-10 fog lights fit the 11-12 bumper?

Will 2012 coupe bumper fit 2010 coupe?

On my way home the other night, I hit a cat while going 50mph despite my best efforts to avoid it. I believe it's okay since I couldn't find it and it wasn't flattened to the road. Anyway, it took a chunk of paint out of my front bumper and I was wondering if I could just swap out the 2010 bumper for one that was on a 2012 model. Will they just swap out with the current hardware?

Not a coupe owner, so I'm not super sure. But on the sedan, you must swap the grill as well. Otherwise, its just a bolt up.

For the sedans, yes you can, but you must also replace the grill. See my pictures above (I went with the EX-L V6 bumper cover, but the other bumper covers will work too).

Alright so local dealerships are useless. Collision centers seem to be the best option since they can replace the bumper and paint it as well. And the aftermarket Mugen grill is still in question. It seems there's actually quite a bit of hardware that needs to be replaced if you are looking to update the 8th gen to 8.5 gen on a coupe. I was quoted about 750-900 dollars which I don't see myself doing. And if you choose to fit the new one yourself the bumper will most likely come out crooked and not mount properly to the car. I don't know why the hardware needs to be different but that is what Honda did.. this includes the plastic cover at the top of the bumper under the hood. That piece alone costs 250 dollars which is ridiculous. I think I'll stick to having the bumper stripped, refinished and painted.. for that I was quoted about $300. And I'll use the extra money to get a nice splitter. Hopefully others can find this info useful. Thanks for the help everyone.

Did you change any hardware at all? I'm really trying to find out if I can get this done. Places are saying that hardware needs to be changed out which is throwing the price up a bit...
