People say there are 6 speakers in this Accord, but I can only see 4 speakers ( 2 in front, 2 in back). There are 2 speakers that are mounted in 2 front doors. Those 2 speakers are very small, that's why I dont know they are speakers or not. Anyways, do you think that the 6 speakers in 2012 accord EX are very good or not? I would like to improve the quality of my car's sound. However, I dont know what parts should I improve or what step should I start?

The tweeters on the front end of each side of the dash are counted. At least that is how it is on my 7th gen. They are decent quality. You can always upgrade if you aren't happy. Alpine designed the 7th gen accord stereo from what I have heard. I am not sure about the 8th gen

Stock speakers are made to a specific price point and are of marginal quality to be polite. Here are stock and aftermarket for my 04 Accord when I had it. Aftermarket is on the left:

In other words.......yes, replacing the speakers will help it sound better.

So at $94 a pair, that's right on par with many decent coax 6.5" sets. You have to remember that with components, the outboard crossover is often the most expensive part of the set (if you look up a lot of speakers, you'll see a lot of comps and coaxials that share the same drivers, but the comps cost a ton more).

The stock speakers can actually handle quite a bit more power. I'm in the process of hooking up 125w per channel to the stock speakers and they sound pretty decent. I will be upgrading the speakers in the future, but the amp made a huge difference.

The back speaker replacement is is a good idea too. I personally don't buy into the "front sound stage only" that some do, I adjust my settings to hear front and rear.
