I'm upgrading from my stock i4 battery to a diehard platinum 35 battery. Was wondering if I need anything specific to install it? Thanks!

don't mean to thread jack. my batt just died recently under warranty and i replaced it with the honda battery. are these batteries good quality?

do the group 35 battery, it resolves the dimming lights problem.

depending on where you live the Honda battery is most likely an Interstate Battery, they provide most oem and aftermarket dealers with batteries, same battery, different sticker. Honda does have a good warranty tho.

I just picked up the sears diehard platinum 35. It has good ratings and its just a re-branded oddessy battery which are really high rated batteries.

reduces it but does not resolve it....

do you need to get the v6 battery tray for the 35 group? In another thread about the v6 battery upgrade someone said you need the tray and mounts from the v6 for the i4.

you do not need anything - take the spacer out, bend the tang of the cross piece to fit and bolt it down - you only need the uprated box if you want to be 100% stock and OCD...you need a small cable extension if your terminals are on the other side..here's mine that's going on two years...
