So i found what ive been looking for, i found in my are 4 BBS RX 202s for $400, and the best part is theyre brand new!!!, picking them up tomorrow morning, probably the best deal i have ever seen on any type of wheels.. the local tire dealer also has a deal of buy 1 get 1 free,,, cant wait...........

doubt it, well put it this way, he was trying to mount tires on it and scratches the lip up slightly, barely noticeable

Still, used they go for 600, even a 1000. I'm not certain they're fake, they could be real and you may have an amazing steal. Just be a bit cautious. Good luck with the purchase!

Yup, probably.

When it's too good to be true, it probably is! No one in their right mind would sell a new (or "only a slight scuff") set of genuine BBS wheels for only $400, they are likely either fake or stolen.

Unless I could see the BBS lettering on the back of the wheels AND the manufacturing date clock raised lettering... I'd reject these wheels as fake. Even WITH the right markings, it's hard to tell. The fakes I have seen did not have the BBS markings.

Your rim appears to be the RG-R model. I just looked at several pictures of RG-R models on the web. Everyone I saw clearly stated the word "FORGED" written to left of where the rim states BBS. (If BBS is at 12:00 o'clock, the word FORGED should be at 11:00 o'clock)

I could be wrong, but I don't see the word FORGED written anywhere on your rim. Does it say FORGED anywhere?
