Hey there, I drive a 2019 Honda Accord Sedan and ever since I got the car a couple years ago I cannot get my phone added to the Bluetooth phones. I can manually add my phone but it will not save it, so I have to add it everytime I get into the car. And now, when I add my phone, the sound will only play on the screen with the P on it instead of the normal Bluetooth screen. It shows my phone and whatever song I have playing on the correct screen, yet unless I change it to the screen with the P it will not play any sound. If that makes sense, I'm confused too!! Also, recently the button with the phone on it won't do anything, just doesn't work anymore. I'm wondering if this is an issue I can fix myself somehow or if I need to take it in? Hoping I can fix myself. Help!! 🙏

I remember needing my dealer's help to sync my phone to my '19 Accord the first time. For some of us, this is "first time" tech because you've never had it previously available, so it's understandable. I'm sure your dealer would be happy to help.
Alternatively, you can always try YouTube.

Reset Bluetooth、Clear Phone Cache、Re-pair the Phone、Check for Updates、Inspect Buttons、Consult the Manual
- If the issues persist, consider visiting a Honda dealer for assistance.
Hopefully, this helps resolve your Bluetooth problems!
