Hey Guys.

this is my first post on Drive Accord so I'm testing the waters here

I got a question for everyone, I'm looking to do the first performance mod to my car and I want to throw a cold air intake in my 9th Gen 3.5L V6 Coupe. I was wondering which brand to go with because I'm hearing mixed things about a few of the bigger brand names (K&N, Takeda, etc.) I wanted opinions on some of my options so any input helps.

Thanks guys,
N

I've been watching some youtube videos and digging up some info online of some people with K&N and Takeda intakes. some guys say they love them and other says they're lackluster. i havent heard too much negative news about the injen's though

I guess it all depends on how much performance you wish to obtain from this single mod on a 100% stock vehicle. If you are looking for 20 HP/TQ then it's not gonna perform "that well".

I'm not expecting to get unrealistic power gains from an intake alone, I want to hear some guys opinions on what they like and have experienced with different products. I'm not expecting 20 HP plus better fuel efficiency lol

can't go wrong with either tbh both are top 1,2 for the accords

depends on the price you can get em for, get the one you can get the best deal on. I have the k&n for my accord i4 for the past 60k kms no problem what so ever.
