I’m thinking about getting cams for my 2.0 accord, would k20c1 cams fit in the k20c4 engine? If not, does anyone know where i can find ones that would? Would I have to make modifications to the engine in order to put them in?

lol me too.

In all seriousness, they don't exist. The real wall we face on the C4 is a cam that can send more fuel to the high pressure fuel pump vs more aggressive lift/duration. No one has yet been willing to develop a cam or devote time to tuning it. Hondata did for the K20C1, but our head is not compatible and the fuel system is completely different.

That being said, if you haven't yet swapped to a larger turbo, worry about that first :)

The camshafts from a K20C1 engine are not directly compatible with a K20C4 engine.

The K20C1 engine has a compression ratio of 11.7:1 and uses a camshaft with a duration of 268° (intake) and 264° (exhaust).

The K20C4 engine, on the other hand, has a compression ratio of 10.6:1 and uses a camshaft with a duration of 272° (intake) and 270° (exhaust).

While the camshaft designs are similar, the different durations and compression ratios mean that the K20C1 camshafts are not a direct fit for the K20C4 engine.

Edit:
Another note is that the K20C1 has a vacuum pump on the exhaust while the K20C4 dont have one
