The Owner's Manual is essentially written by the same people who designed, tested and made your car. When in doubt, anything from the Owner's Manual should be taken as correct.

Car dealerships - especially the salesmen - may not be the most knowledgeable and accurate when it comes to daily maintenance and checks, especially if you bought your used car at a non-Honda dealership.

I don't think there is any need to be critical towards OP. We all start from somewhere. I used to check my oil right after shutting my car off...
Knock out two birds with one stone. Drain and fill 3 quarts.
Thank you all for your help, I do not have much with the car and I'm just starting with this mechanics. Check the oil as indicated, and if I had too much.I changed the oil and put only the necessary. Thanks again for your help.
