Hey @Sir Spoops, so glad to hear you found a strut bar that actually fits the LX trim! That can sometimes be a real hunt. Which one did you end up getting? Sharing the details might really help other LX owners on the forum!

The rear antisway bar is very easy to replace whereas the front one is not. You will be surprise of the improvement you make if you do the rear.
Agreed...huge bang for your buck, and I only went up to the 17mm rear bar. You can find them dirt cheap at salvage yards.

I use the 19mm Acura bar recommended by the long standing thread on this forum. I think it cost me US$70 including the bushings. It was a long time ago though.

did you have to remove the rear exhaust to get to the bar? I've seen some videos on it and it seems like the exhaust gets in the way of it which is one of the main reasons I am pushing it off. Also did you change out the end links too when you did it?

Nah, I backed the car onto a ramp just to give me some room to slide under. Didn't have to remove the exhaust (don't know about the V6s). Didn't need to change the links but the bushings only (use same bracket). The toughest is on removal of the link bolts as mine were getting rusty and that was many years ago. Forgot if you have to use a hex as well for the removal. I would recommend using some valve grinding paste to keep the hex from slipping off. This has been described many times over in earlier thread.
