To me it looks like a lip will solve my problems and add style to the front end, do you guys agree that OEM lip will cover this damage, just by looking at the pics?

It'll cover it

I had a smaller sized hole in about the same area on my 05. When I added a lip, it was no longer visible

Anyone know what wheels those are in the 2nd pic?

It'll cover, make sure you support the rear of that broken section though. So it doesn't crack further.

All the holes are pre drilled and the mounting brackets attached. Came with bolts and all to install it. Very pleased so far. It has pre installed 3M tape on the inside too.

Agreed, will look nice. As was mentioned, I would reinforce the damaged area first, and perhaps even drill a tiny hole at the end of each crack, to prevent it from getting worse. if you bump it again, and the crack spreads past the lip, it will be all for not. :headbash:

Post up some pics when you have it installed!

Finally got the lip on today. I was able to reinforce the cracks and use the 3M bumper repair kit (2) to fix it. You could harldy notice there were cracks after i was done :) and the lip covers everything great. Here are couple phone pics.

Your car looks great! Post more pictures!

Also, hoping that you drilled a tiny hole at the end of each crack? Otherwise it can and will spread...

McGuire's ultimate compound with a polisher or DA then, Ultimate polish, then Tech 2.0 wax from McGuire's. I like the sleek look, i might get the lip style one that goes on the top back window later if i dont sell the car tomorrow lol Someone is looking at it, they want it.
