Who has it on their 4cyl? I am wondering if its someone who is on this board that's on Greddys website, there is a back shot of a black car. Looking to put this exhaust on my car but have to know how it sounds, from what i see it sounds very good on all 4cyl cars, Scion, Lancer, etc. Thanks

I was literally just about to type up a thread like this.

I know someone with a SMR LX-S has it installed, but the audio quality is terrible, and he just keeps it bumping off the 4500rpm limiter. Here's the video:

As far as I know, GReddy stopped manufacturing this exhaust once they went into bankruptcy, and they haven't started it back up again yet, so only the few dealers that received the exhaust from earlier have it. I'm not sure, I'm looking for it as well.

Thats some shitty quality video/sound. Is that guy on this forum?
Yeah, he said he would try to get a better video, but I haven't seen him on since then. That was like 3 months ago.

I might just buy the exhaust and be a guinea pig... I've already got the GReddy decals...

If i recall, someone was ordering an exhaust for their I4, but dont remember which exhaust it was...
Are there other exhausts for the I4? I can't seem to remember any of them...

Yeah you are right. I left that guy a comment on youtube to get some clips up, hope he does. I am trying to get all the mods done by summer, next will be slotted rotors and exhaust and i think thats it for me

I think I'll be getting the exhaust for now, and once I can afford it, lighter wheels, high performance tires, coilovers, and the list goes on. I need more money.

Where can we order this exhaust?

Dennis just put it up on AccordMania.com, or you can find it on eBay. You can get it on eBay for like $690 shipped, or from Dennis for $720 shipped. It's really if you want to pay an extra $30 so you don't get an eBay knockoff.

GTFan today at the meet i heard the exhaust in person and its pure sex. I dont know the members user name on this forum but he has a Blue Coupe with black stock wheels and emblems.

I am still not sure whether i like the tips in blue, but it sounds really effing good.

Does anyone have any idea if the tips can be polished to a normal polished look?

Do you guys know if there's a weight difference between the stock exhaust and greddySE for the I4.

When you heard it in person, how deep was it? Does it remind you of any other exhaust? Was his only performance mod the se exhaust (no intake etc?)?
It was sort of deep, you will not really be able to get that type of sound with out I4s, half the sound comes from the engine itself. Its not ricey by any means, if you want to get an idea of how it sounds just go to you tube and watch lancer videos and scions, very similar sound.

He also had an intake, but i could tell the difference between the two, plus i was in the back near the exhaust.

Overall it sounds great, for a 4cyl it wont get any better than that, at least not for a while. Vibrant makes very good exhaust, they always have a deep sound but i doubt they will make out for our car.

The price is good on it, thanks for the link guys, the only thing is the blue burned tip, i am still a little iffy about that. But he didnt have an HFP kit, so the tip stuck out a bit, like any exhaust would, even stock. I have an HFP kit and it should line up right where the kit ends so maybe the blue tip wont look that bad after all

are you running a single exhaust right now then?
No, the V6 exhaust has dual tips.

Gosha, I'll have to find that member so I can get a video.

As for polishing the tips, I'm pretty sure that blue color is "burnt" on. That's just what it's described as. I like it because I have the BBP and it will blend with the car's paint, but I can see how other colors wouldn't.
