put your fob in your pocket make sure nothing will hit the buttons...stand about 2 ft from the driver door....spray the door handles with water.....does your door unlock? or lock?

Yep! Expected behavior...

The Smart Entry sensor on the door handle is capacitive. The water (which is conductive) has the same effect as placing your hand on the sensor pad. Just make sure you doors are unlocked before you start spraying down the car.

Or simply don't keep the keys in your pocket during wash job.
