TPMS - Tire Pressure Monitoring System. I'd be happy not to have it. It's rather picky.

I use the new cover sheets on all my TPS reports.
:lmao: so i guess you won't be needing another copy of that memo then.

there is no tire pressure sensor on the 7th generation accords. only the 8th generations ones so far.

i have no problem with the addition safety of the TPS, since most people never check their tire pressures. i keep mine at the max sidewall for better handling and gas mileage, check them once a month, and adjust accordingly.

What about those Polks 6x9 that you have? Sounds good? any amp?
Sorry for the off-topic question!

the new 6x9's sound excellent. nice crisp highs and more even sound throughout the car. there is no amplifier since it is too risky to run and not worth the reduction in battery life to me.

they were pretty simple to install once you remove the old speakers. be sure to use the original screws so your speakers are held in nice and tight.

Whats picky IYO, I was surprised that my tires went down to like 27 lbs all around from cold weather but light never came on.
Only thing I see might be pain is if rotating tires need sensors reset, or replacement of a wheel/TPS.

AFAIK all 2008 cars have TPS, its suppose to help with accidents as many drive with there tires 5-10lbs below spec.

I would like to have a copy of that memo, stat!

I wouldnt mind having that system in my 7th ten. Maybe because I'm just lazy.

Hard tyres make it easier to turn the wheel as you have less area of tyre touching the ground, but the trade off is you lose traction - grip.. So overall it's the terrain where you live that dictates your tyre pressures (within safety limits of course) ..

I live in narrow country lanes that twist and undulate every 10 ft! lol .. with all the wet leaves around at the moment hard tyres would get you killed!! :paranoid:
