So, here is a story about my lovely accord and... err... mushrooms and maggots...
Couple weeks ago I was visiting my friend. He lives in a ranch, and to get to his house, I'd have to drive a little off road where cows walks freely and poops everywhere.
So I saw bunch mushrooms that grows on one cow poop that looked really nice... I wanted to take it home and take picture of it (i'm a photographer, i love nature..), so I picked it up and throw it into my back trunk and kind forgot about it...
I live in Texas, and temperature outside is about 95+ degrees... Okay, so two days later, I needed to take something out of my back trunk. I opened the trunk, only to smell the nastiest foul smell one can ever imagin (kinda like decayed human flesh...) I looked around for the source of that gross smell... only to find out there are some tiny little thing that's running around the dried mushrooms that I forgot in the trunk...
Upon further investigation, the maggots not only have been grown and eating the tasty mushrooms, but they have spread and got into almost everything I left in the back trunk... bottom of chemical bottles to bags to bowling shoes... There are at least 500+ of maggots (translate to 500+ future flies that will be grown out of my trunk, haha)
I almost puked... I have to throw my bowling shoes that I just bought couple days before the incident away and almost everything else in the trunk... I wiped the mushroom away with a dirty towel in my car alone with about hundred maggests sticking to it..
Drove to the car wash and flushed my trunk mats and bomed my trunk with chemicals... Now my accord is finally back to before maggest incident condition... whew...
A good story to not leave anything nasty in your car, or you'll regret big time.
:lmao:
