Hello all! Happy to be part of the community. I needed another car like I needed a bullet in the head; but alas, I could not pass up a remaining 2022 Accord X Sport with the 2.0T motor. Seeing that it was going away, and not being a fan of the 11th generation looks and drivetrains, I got the very last one the dealership had, luckily in exactly the color and spec that I wanted. I saw them disappearing quick so I knew I had to act quickly. The dealership gave me an awesome experience and my first Honda is legit. Ever since my brother got a 1.5T Civic X hatch, I fell in love with these cars. They are engineered so well.

I am so happy with it! I work at a BMW dealership, so I also own BMW's and I got the Accord as a daily driver, roadtrip vehicle as my other cars are stiff as heck and this Accord is so damn comfortable. I can't get over how balanced the suspension is over bumps even riding on the 19's. Sonic Grey Pearl has always been on the list of my favorite paint colors and it does not disappoint. It is so dynamic, blueish, greyish, greenish, it's alien chic for sure. :) I'm breaking it in, so not using sport or redlining at all. I have to take it by the service department for a small quirk, otherwise it has been great and refined in every way. Very quiet, smooth, comfortable, yet sporty ride. It is balanced, and very similar to the way BMW calibrates their suspensions on their fixed-suspension models. Soaks up bumps but you have communication about what's going on. The steering on this vehicle is also great and I love how on-point the alignment was from factory. Not much planned for it, have some stuff on order, considering debadging everything but the 2.0T. Having a lot of fun with this baby so far! I definitely have a thing for sleepers. And THANK YOU for the 2.0T not having auto start stop. So refreshing to get in and drive!

35% front, 15% rear tint
Vinyl reflector film
Random lil' accessories OTW (obsessed with JDM stickers ATM lol)
Removed front plate and bracket. SO much better
WeatherTech mats front and rear, OEM rubber cargo mat

Congratulations!

Simple flash with bone stock everything can give you 50 more HP and close to 100 foot pounds of torque. No bolts on required as far as engine and exhaust goes....

Congrats, as aggravating as it is that Honda killed 2.0T, it does seem like Honda made a last good production run with many people picking up the 2.0T at the sunset.

With a voided warranty once caught if you care about warranty.

When test driving my 2022 2.0 Accord...bout 3 weeks ago, the salesman said "and if ya put a TUNE on this car it'll scream...
I said, maybe so, but the minute you put a TUNE on it, you VOID the factory warranty because the computer documents Exactly when u added the TUNE"...that guy knew dang right well i would get caught if i tuned it, voiding the dealerships responsibility for any future warranty work....just sayin....

Oh, and i like the SONIC GREY on your Accord!!

No such thing as a voided warranty. It isn't like you lose your warranty on the car. Honda may deny your claim, but they won't cancel your warranty. Two different things.

Thanks everyone so much for the welcoming and compliments! I am so happy with it. You 10th-generation Accord owners sure are more friendly than the BMW crowd LOL. I'm so happy to be part of the Honda family. It definitely won't be tuned, but I love how capable this motor is. Reason being is that it is a lease, plus I definitely just want to keep everything factory and OEM+ as possible. For me, it's such a great "out of the box" experience, that maybe it needs some summer tires, that's about it for me. Keep in mind I'm still breaking her in, so I have not gunned it, redlined, or had VTEC kick in, yo. Can't wait to experience even the stock motor in Sport! Love a Honda at upper rev ranges! They have done well keeping that feeling while adding Turbocharging. I plan on getting a "break-in" oil change at around 1,000 miles, some additional OEM accessories have arrived today; homelink mirror, door edge applique, and the rear cargo net. I'll have my dealership install them at that time. Gotta get those miles on now! And again thanks for the warm welcome, and here's some additional photos for you Sonic Grey Pearl fetishists! The 10th-gen truly looks good in almost any color, though :)
