Ah the look of a newly detailed car. Looks good. Pictures look really nice.

Welcome to the Honda family. Man, you've owned some sweet rides. This forum is a nice place to get acquainted with the car, what people are doing to personalize their rides, and what problems people are having.

 Beautiful ride my man!!!!! You should definitley black out the H on the trunk, that would look sweet.

Good luck keeping the ladies off you!!

Sweet, I wish I had the money to have gotten the Navi but the option wasn't realistic..$2k for Navi + Bluetooth, no thanks..but that's a sweet price

Grats on the ride!

btw, after having so many powerful cars what made you choose the coupe? It's no slug, but its definately no z06 either

Nice, I see a Z31 on your list. What color was it?
It was this Bright metallic red/burgundy color that had a lot of pop to it..I really loved the color. Car had t-tops & the digital dash etc. Was pretty cool. Not the best performer though. It wasn't a turbo.

Congrats!!!!
I am envious of you :)

any idea of mods you may want to do?
Think I'd like to get the Honda HFP suspension done, and then maybe some tasteful aftermarket wheels with a more aggressive offset. Maybe do some power type mods but I didn't buy this car for power.

Kbreese, welcome to DA and congratulations on your 09 EXL Nav V6 Coupe, Someone really detailed your car, then took extensive photos. At 12K mileage, it is barely broken in. You have listed your location as Long Island NY, an area where I spent several years. Winters in LI are tough on cars. Be sure to wash your car and underbody and wheel wells, after being out in snow or ice. New New York plates were announced yesterday in Blue and Gold, not sure you will like those colors. Any MODs planned? Regards

Richard
Thanks, yeah it looks like they did a real nice job on the detail. The seller is "The Car of Springfield" which is a dealer on Ebay w/100% feedback. Apparently the car was a 1 year lease that they bought directly from Honda finance.

Yes, I live out east on the Island...and I moved here from Buffalo. Winters here are a piece of cake! :)

As far as the new plates I just saw them in the paper today and I think they are UGLY! :(

...as far as planned mods....see previous post.

Yeah I hear you. My Z06 has a LONG list of mods including Heads/Cam/Vram/Full exhaust and was an absolute rocket and handled like a slot car. 430rwhp/420rwtq in 3100 lb acceleration + an exhaust note gives you the chills was a hell of a lot of fun.

...But I wanted to try my hand and something a little more practical. One solid car that I can drive year round, thats quiet, civil, still has some power and some luxury too. Also, I liked the Accord V6 coupes ever since they came out. I think its a pretty sharp car. Seems like a great day to day car if you know what I mean.
