I had recently swapped for a new battery, old one died, and I go to start the car and nothing at all happens. I have no dash lights click or anything. All fuses and relays are good and bought a new ignition switch and still the the problem persist, any help.

@Jake83

How soon after putting the new battery in did it have the starting trouble?

What battery did you buy? Not brand but size - be explicit with the battery size. It matters.

Did you have trouble getting either of the battery clamps on the new battery?

Why did you think you needed a new ignition switch? Was it giving trouble before the new battery?

I had bought a 51R battery, the clamps fit fine, and I had looked into multiple reasons why itll do this was because of a faulty ignition switch

Absolutely no power is easy to figure out.

1. Dead battery
2. Bad connection at the battery
3. Bad battery ground connection
4. Bad ground connection between engine and body.
5. Blown main 100a fuse.

A multimeter would make troubleshooting easy.
