If the car isn't going on a track, does it really matter if its staggered or not? In ever day driving conditions, your never going to tell if the wheels have different sizes.
I'm going to assume that there are wider tires in the rear along with those wider wheels... and if you can't tell that you've got way more additional grip in the rear than the front on an already understeering car, you're not driving it very aggressively. In addition to more rubber in back there is obviously also a wider track (even if the rubber is the same, the track is clearly different). Unless there are some carefully thought out changes to the front end, the difference should be fairly obvious with any back road shenanigans or even on ramp attacks.
Back in the day I had a staggered setup of sorts for a while because I was short of cash and couldn't afford to put on 4 new tires of the same size and had rear tires that were 20mm wider than the fronts but had the same circumference. The difference was noticeable on the street with some aggressive maneuvering and much more so when autocrossing. Thankfully after 6 months with that mismatched setup I was able to just ditch the whole thing and go with larger and wider wheels with the same rubber on all 4 corners, restoring the balance that had existed before I bollocksed up the whole thing in the first place.
That said, the OP's setup LOOKS nice, especially in that shade of blue, even if it's probably not ideal from an all-out performance perspective. Or, for that matter, even
realistic to anyone outside of the sunbelt. Around my neck of the woods, those wheels would be toast within a fortnight.
