It's a shame you can't reset the avg fuel economy w/o also resetting the trip meter/odometer. I checked page 91 of the 2015 owner manual and it states: "when a trip meter is reset, the avg fuel economy is also reset". This stinks. There are time when I'd like to reset the fuel economy without resetting the trip meter. Does anyone know of a way to do this?

what model / trim you have ?

Isn't there 2 trip meters? Reset the 1st one to reset the avg/mpg then the 2nd should not reset.

Sub786, I have a '15 EX-L V6. There may be a way to reset it on the IMID, but I haven't looked that up yet.

the car must be in "ON" not in "ACC" and in Park then in the IMID menu go to Settings > Vehicle Settings > Meter setup . There you can have it reset everytime u get gas
