Anyone here know how to disable the seatbelt chime in accords?

The chime is built into the instrument cluster.
There's no way to disable it, safely, that is.

If one were to make the car 'think' the belt was always buckled, if you get into a wreck, however minor OR major, and you're not belted, but it thinks you are, it won't deploy the driver's bag at full power.

When the car thinks you're not belted, it deploy it at max power to keep you from visiting the steering column or windshield.

LOL. There is no variance in the airbag deploy speed.

OP: there should be some wires coming out of the female seat belt buckle. Splice them together and see what happens.

the three wires comming from the whole buckle assembly. the three wires then go on to plug into one another under your seat. unplug the connection and cut the blue with red wire and cut the black wire and splice them together and leave the red with blue connected all the way through. this way the side airbags still remain in operation.
if this is really confusing ill take pics tomorrow and show you lol
