hello this is my first time on here so I hope I can get the help I’m looking for.
I’d like to know if I can put this bumper on my 2008 accord sedan.
this look is really aggressive and it’s just what I’m looking for.
please help with any other ideas that you guys might have for a 2008 front bumper.

I guess what I meant was putting a 2017 bumper on my 2008 accord

The 9.5 front bumper looks more aggressive and updated. It looks even better with the front HFP kit. I'm thinking of doing the front conversion on my 2015 Sport. Just need the front bumper, fog lights and the bottom part of the grill. Let's see.
So my advice is to keep it and just upgrade to a sport grill and add the HFP kit. ?

That doesn't look like an OEM bumper. The vertical bars on either side of the grillE aren't on the 9.5G bumper.

Looking at it closer, it actually looks like an OEM bumper that has been modified, the side bars and the grillE. You can see it's kind of bumped out around the grillE. If that is the case... then maybe it does fit. But who knows what other modifications may have been needed....

The problem is the grillE since they're so different. So the bumper may fit but the grillE inserts most certainly won't without being modified.

That bumper was done by cutting both OEM bumpers at relatively the same height and grafting them together. Without some heavy amount of work, the 2016-17 Accord bumper will NOT fit the 8th gen.

A body shop that does a lot, welcomes customers seeking mild to wild body work, can easily modified the front bumper on the 9.5 gen bumper to fit an 8th gen. If you bring them both bumpers to do the necessary cutting, shaping, molding, fitment and paintwork. The cost shouldn't be overly expensive either --- it'll likely set you back around $2,000.

Why settle for just the lip? With sufficient motivation even the entire front end of tsx can be fitted to accord. Surprised this thread is still open.

I think we are back to telling you that we have no idea if you have the skills or money to graft or modify a non-original equipment bumper onto your 8th Gen Honda Accord. Why not a front bumper from a 1957 Chevy? What do you think about that?

How about adding a MadMax style "apocolyptic forklift" bumper complete with humans disloyal to Lord Humongous?

Or what about a stylish front bumper step to help you climb higher (blonde woman not included)?

I love everything about my 17 Sport except for the front bumper. I know back in the Integra days, everyone who had a 94-97 Integra wanted that 98+ front end. All you needed was the 98+ bumper and 98+ headlights.

Is this a thing in the Accord community? I would assume most people prefer the 16-17 front end compared to the 13-15. Is it as easy as just swapping the bumper and headlights, or is there a lot more you have to do? Not sure if the headlights changed like the Integras did. If it's a straight bumper swap and that's it, then that's even better.

Is this possible with the coupes as well or only the 4 door. I have 2013 and want to put the 2017 rear bumper on

Another question that is bugging me is about the fog lamp connection, what is needed to do the conversion, do I need a pigtail of the 9.5g fog lamp or is it plug and play ?
